How does the check-in work?
Check-in is contactless and flexible. Before your arrival, you will receive an access code for a key box as well as all important information.
From what time can I check in?
Regular check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. If the apartment is ready earlier, we will let you know right away.
Until what time is check-out possible?
Check-out is until 10:00 AM. If availability allows, we’re happy to offer you a late check-out.
Can I store my luggage?
Of course! If you arrive early or want to spend some more time in Graz after check-out, you can store your luggage with us upon prior arrangement.
Is the accommodation suitable for families?
Yes, absolutely! Our apartments offer plenty of space, and we can provide a baby cot upon request.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Of course – you have free, high-speed Wi-Fi in all apartments.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes, everything is prepared – towels, fresh bed linen, and basic toiletries are included.
How far is the apartment from the city center?
All our apartments are located right in the center of Graz – you can reach Jakominiplatz, the old town, and the Schlossberg within minutes.
Are there restaurants and shops nearby?
Yes – cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance.
How is the public transport connection?
The nearest tram or bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away. From there, you can reach all the main sights of the city in a short time.
Are there parking options?
Yes – there are several public parking garages and short-term parking zones in the area. You’ll receive detailed recommendations with your arrival information.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Don’t worry – just let us know. Most things can be resolved easily.
